العربي على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي. يهدف الموقع إلى مساعدة الأفراد والمؤسسات
على الاعتراض المنهجي عندما يتم حذف أو تقييد محتوى عربي غير عنيف وغير مسيء بسبب
اختلاف الرأي أو هوية صاحب الرأي، عبر توفير مسار واضح لتوثيق القرار، وتجميع
الأدلة، وصياغة اعتراضات قوية ومتّسقة وفق سياسات المنصات ومعاييرها المعلنة.
تقدم مستأنف أدوات عملية تشمل: نماذج جاهزة للاعتراض بلغات متعددة،
توجيهات لاختيار بند السياسة المناسب لكل حالة، سجل متابعة زمني للحالات، ومؤشرات
تُظهر أنماط الحذف أو التقييد بشكل يساعد على المناصرة وتحسين السياسات. ويرتكز
المشروع على أثر مجتمعي واضح: تعزيز العدالة الرقمية، حماية الحقوق الثقافية
واللغوية، وبناء بيئة رقمية أكثر نزاهة وشفافية للمحتوى العربي، مع التزام صارم
بالخصوصية وحماية البيانات وعدم دعم أي محتوى عنيف أو يحض على الكراهية
Mustanef is a digital platform designed to protect freedom of expression and reduce bias against Arabic content on social media platforms. It helps individuals and organizations file well-structured appeals when non-violent, non-abusive Arabic content is removed or restricted due to disagreement with the viewpoint or the identity of the speaker. The platform provides a clear workflow to document the decision, collect supporting evidence, and draft strong, consistent appeals aligned with each platform’s published policies and standards. Mustanef offers practical tools such as multilingual appeal templates, guidance for selecting the most relevant policy category for each case, a time-stamped case tracking log, and indicators that reveal patterns of removals or restrictions to support advocacy and policy improvement. The project delivers measurable public impact by advancing digital fairness, protecting cultural and linguistic rights, and promoting a more transparent and accountable online environment for Arabic content—while maintaining strict commitments to privacy, data protection, and zero support for violent or hateful content.
